Section 109
No item should be sold or distributed in the swing
(1) No one shall mix and sell any item in such a way that the quality of such item decreases, or exchange the level of any item or sell expired item under the pretense that one item is another item, other than food.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with a fine which may extend to thirty thousand rupees.
